lb Thick Slice Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 on convection. Combine all ingredients and roughly mix into a loaf. Place loaf in middle of large greased baking pan. Taking each slice of bacon wrap the loaf tucking the ends of each piece under the loaf tightly securing the ends of the bacon.Then coat entire loaf with generous amount of ketchup over the bacon. Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours to 1hr 45min.
