bacon-wrapped beef filet mignons (5 oz each)
Salt and pepper
  1. Place cast-iron skillet on campfire grate. Season filets with salt and pepper.
  2. When skillet is hot, add filets. Cook about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness, turning once.
  3. Let filets rest 5 minutes before slicing.
