  • 1 Place cast-iron skillet on campfire grate. Season filets with salt and pepper.
  • 2 When skillet is hot, add filets. Cook about 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness, turning once.
  • 3 Let filets rest 5 minutes before slicing.
