Use boneless skinless chicken breast instead of the turkey. You'll need two breast halves.
The turkey bites can be prepared and baked up to 24 hours in advance. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Just before serving, heat at 375° about 15 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle the serving plate with chopped fresh chives, and place the turkey bites on the chives. Use frilly toothpicks, adding them after broiling. Tuck some fresh herb sprigs around the plate, and add a few fresh cranberries.
