box (4.5 oz) Betty Crocker® loaded baked potatoes
1 3/4
cups boiling water
2/3
cup milk
1/3
cup garden vegetable spreadable cream cheese (from 8 oz container)
1/8
teaspoon garlic powder
3
slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2
tablespoons sliced green onions

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In casserole, stir sauce mix, water, milk, cream cheese and garlic powder with whisk until blended. Stir in potatoes.
  • 2 Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Allow to stand 5 minutes to thicken. Stir; sprinkle with bacon and onions.
