Bacon cooked in the oven so the fat/grease drains off while it's cooked, and clean up is easy no degreasing the stove top.

PREP TIME 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME 20 minutes
SERVINGS 1

1: strips bacon

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 preheat oven to 475. place baking/cooling rack in a walled cookie sheet/bunt pan.
2 place bacon strips side by side on the baking rack, ensuring entire strip is inside the cookie sheet.
3 bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp
4 remove from rack and place on paper towel lined plate/tray, and let cool for 2min -or- let cool on the rack /cookie sheet baked in.
