Bacon-Granola Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
  • 1/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pouches Nature Valley™ oats ‘n honey crunchy granola bars (from 8.9-oz box), broken into small pieces
  • 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

    Heat oven to 350°F
  • 2
    In large bowl, stir together all ingredients.

    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.

  • Top with each cookie with a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Stir 1 banana, cut into small pieces, into cookie batter before baking.
  • While granola bars are still in pouches, break into pieces with hands.
