Didn't follow recipe exactly. Used 2 cans of refrigerator country biscuits (each can makes 10 and 1 can didn't seem like enough.) Didn't really measure anything. Used 1 egg, 2 BIG squirts of kraft calorie wise zesty italien dressing instead of milk. Added aprox. 1tsp of minced garlic, 1tsp of onion soup mix(didn't have any green onion on hand), 1tsp of parsley(dehydrated), added more garlic pwd(we like garlic), and whisked. Added biscuit pieces and tossed gently. Added about 1/4cup of ready cooked bacon bits and a boatload of cheddar (maybe 1 1/2cups)and tossed again. Added mix to greased caserole dish. Was enough to fully cover bottom of dish in single snug layer. Had to cook for 30 min to get the top to brown. Was DEE-freakin-LICIOUS!!!!! Will definitely make again. Not dry or flavorless. Maybe a little more greasy with all the cheese but we loved it. Lots of left overs for just 2. You can cut a nice sized square and then slice horizontally and make a fantastic pannini with it. YUM YUM

This was easy...and really good. I did add 2 more eggs but this was still a little dry. So next time will add a total of 4 eggs and more cheese. This is something I'll make again. DIfferent and yummy!

Made these for a breakfast at my work. I did double the recipe, and added the extra egg(s) other reviewers said to do. The dish turned out very nice and yummy! I would add some pepper to the mixture to add a bit more flavor. X-tra cheese on top just out of the oven worked wonderful as well. Enjoy!

My family requests this often. I found this recipe only about 6 weeks ago and we have had it at least 3 times since then. We all love it. We like it for dinner best. If my kids know we are having this for dinner, they always eat at home. I add grated or thin sliped potatoes.

I made these for my family and coworkers and they were loved by all. My family asked for them again. Great for a brunch, easy to make and most of all delicious. Will make as often.

Very good! I took the suggestion of adding one more egg, and I'm glad I did. I like quick (that doesn't look or taste like "quick") so I will be making this again!
