slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

cups Original Bisquick® mix

cup yellow cornmeal
1/4
cup sugar
1/2
cup milk
1/4
cup butter, softened

tablespoons orange marmalade

tablespoon honey
  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, cornmeal, sugar and bacon. Stir in milk until soft dough forms. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by 8 spoonfuls.
  3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In small bowl, beat butter, marmalade and honey with whisk until blended. Serve warm biscuits with orange-honey butter.
Makes 8 servings (1 biscuit and 1 tablespoon butter each)
