slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/3 cup)

  • 1 In large bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice; pat dry with paper towels. Spread each slice with about 2 teaspoons cheese. Top with bacon, arugula and pepper. Serve immediately.
