large Red Delicious apple, cut into 20 slices

tablespoon lemon juice

cup garlic-and-herbs spreadable cheese

slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/3 cup)

cup baby arugula

teaspoon cracked black pepper
  1. In large bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice; pat dry with paper towels. Spread each slice with about 2 teaspoons cheese. Top with bacon, arugula and pepper. Serve immediately.
