It was okay. Took way longer to cook than recipe stated. Also, it was somewhat dry. I need to figure out how to get it to be moister. I like the concept of the favors together, though.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I made this. I agree it was bland. It took way longer to bake than what the recipe calls for. There are so many breakfast casserole recipes available I would not bother to make this one again. I'm so glad I tried this ahead of time before I made it for a gathering.

Made this on Easter morning and it was a hit. Did a quick defrost of the still frozen hash browns by running them in warm water for awhile and then squeezing dry in a clean dish towel. I used 1 cup Asiago and 1 cup Romano rather than the cheddar. The mushrooms are a must. Added about 1/2 - 1 tsp fresh dill.

Well, the photos of all the recipes are on the right side of the screen displayed on my computer & below those are ad's & coupon offers. I can't figure out what to do, I e-mailed Betty Crocker & they told me the same thing you(nthewind) did.

It is to the left of the screen now, just beside the picture of all recipes. The recipe box is a picture of a note card, click on it and you can add to your recipe box. :-)

DO YOU THINK YOUR HUSBAND MIGHT LIKE TURKEY BACON INSTEAD. THIS WOULD ALSO LOWER THE FAT CONTENT ALSO CONSIDERABLE. THERE ARE ALOT OF BREAKFEAST MEATS THAT ARE MADE NOW WITH TURKEY. I AM NOT A REAL BACON FAN EITHER,MAYBE I WOULD TRY DELI HAM. I MIGHT TRY THIS RECIPE THIS EASTER AFTER CHURCH. SINCE YOU PREPARE IT THE EVENING BEFORE I MIGHT BE ABLE TO ENJOY THE KIDS EASTER EGG HUNT.

I love bacon but is there anything that I can use except bacon? My husband don't eat pork at all.
