Love this bar, especially all the different tastes and textures. Used Fiber One Honey Squares (low calorie & high fiber) for cereal, 1/2 of flour was whole wheat, and pecans instead of peanuts. We all LOVED them, even my very picky 11 year old.

Love these! I use all kinds of substitutions. Dried apricots, different nuts, and I usually add more than called for of these as well. I also use half whole wheat flour. They never last long and someone always asks for the recipe.

The first time I made this recipe I substituted Black Walnuts and Pecans for the peanuts and substituted butterscotch chips for about 1/3 of the chocolate chips. Everyone at work that I shared them with loved them and requested a copy of the recipe. I can''t wait to experiment with other combinations!
