These fun cereal bars couldn't be more cute to serve at your next baby shower.

tablespoons butter or margarine
bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows (5 1/2 cups)
cups Cheerios® cereal
bottle (1.25 oz) Betty Crocker® Decorating Decors stars
Betty Crocker® Easy Flow decorating icing (any colors)
  1. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 45 seconds or until melted.
  2. Add marshmallows; toss until coated. Microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after 45 seconds, until mixture can be stirred smooth.
  3. Immediately add cereal and decors; stir until evenly coated. Press firmly into pan. Cool about 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 9 rounds using 3-inch round cutter. Decorate each to look like baby bib, using decorating icing. Store loosely covered.

Vary the color of the decorating icing based on if the baby is a boy or a girl. If you don't know, mix it up and decorate some bars pink and some blue...or yellow!
