Ingredients

4: Large Tomatoes

1: Bunch Cilantro

4: Jalepenos or hot pepper of choice.

10: Green Onions

1: can tomato sauce (4 oz)

4: Cloves Garlic, minced

2: tablespoons Lemon or lime juice

: Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1 Roughly chop 1/2 of the green ingredients and place in a food processor. Cut 2 tomatoes into 1/8s and throw them on top of the green ingredients. Add 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 oz tomato sauce and salt and pepper.
2 Process until you get the consistency you want. Pour into a large bowl and repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
