1/4: cup shortening

2: eggs slighley beaten

1: cup mashed very ripe bananas

2: cups bisquick

1/3: cup chopped walnuts

Directions

1 Cream sugar and shortening
2 Add remainder on ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour batter into well greased and floured loaf pan.
3 Bake in preheated oven at 350 oven for about 55 min or when toothpick is clean.

What a great and easy recipe. I've used it several times and had rave reviews every time. Best to use over ripe bananas or roast the bananas in their skin for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Refrigerate the roasted bananas for 30 minutes, then peel the black banana skins and use as directed in the recipe.
