What a great and easy recipe. I've used it several times and had rave reviews every time. Best to use over ripe bananas or roast the bananas in their skin for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Refrigerate the roasted bananas for 30 minutes, then peel the black banana skins and use as directed in the recipe.

I love this recipe. The kids eat it there's no tomorrow, though I do have to leave out the walnuts because of allergies it is still excellent!
