I hosted a Girlfriend Brunch on 3/5/2011. I made this recipe for the very first time. I accidently bought the shredded potatoes insteade of the country potaotes but it worked just the same. It was delicious. I had received many compliments and request for this recipe.

Enter your review here...This is such a great recipe for using the fresh asparagus we have this time of the year. Just blanch a bit before adding. Used Pepper Jack cheese - it was on hand.

Good meal. I made it with our leftover ham from thanksgiving. The only thing I would change is to add Mrs. Dash directly to the hash browns before mixing them in.
