EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

To bump up the flavor, try using a flavored olive oil.

Make a sauce by melting 2 tablespoons butter and stirring in chopped, drained roasted red bell peppers from a 7-oz jar. To serve, microwave the sauce uncovered on High 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave 30 to 45 seconds longer or until hot.

Add the juice to 1 lime and grill on high. The asparagus gets a slight glaze and is awesome!

Try Garlic salt and Lemon Pepper spice instead of salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil first. throw on the grill and toss 2 or 3 times. Great with grilled fish!
