This dish is a favorite for my 2yr old son and I! My husband ate it but is more of a meat and potatoes kind of man ;) I've made this twice now and I haven't changed anything in the recipe yet! Super tasty!

Wonderful thought for this recipe. We changed it up a bit to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey. So instead of the Turkey Sausage we used shredded turkey. Also we used minute rice instead of Orzo and chopped tomatoes added at the end instead of pimento. So needless to say, we changed quite a bit but kept the primace the same.

Super easy, very good and healthy. I had leftovers in the fridge when my very picky nephew was visiting, needless to say he finished it off and loved it! He wanted me to send the recipe to his mom! Can't beat that!

Fabulous and oh so easy. Double if you need to serve more than four. I couldn't get my hands on Italian turkey sausage, so I substituted with mild Italian. Highly recommend.
