I tried this salad for dinner the other night. We didn't think that the chicken was as tasty as it could be. Next time, I'm going to marinate the chicken in the Sesame ginger dressing and then dip it in the coconut and Bisquick. I did add Chinese rice noodles and they made the salad even crunchier. Can't wait to try it this new way!

My whole family really likes this one. My husband loves the chicken. I used sesame ginger marinade found in the refrigerated produce section to coat the chicken before putting it in the bisquick mix. We use toasted sesame ginger dressing for the salad itself. I make it about once every two weeks or less now.

I have made this recipe twice now, and it is very good...I buy chicken tenders, and make the pieces that way..much easier...I also added honey roasted peanuts..gave it a nice crunch...

Yummy! I tossed in some La Choy canned chow mein noodles. My husband had cut up a pineapple from our yard so I stole some from the fridge and added it with the Mandarin oranges. Great luncheon salad.
