Expert Tips

Substitute 3 pounds chicken wings for the drummettes; cut wings into pieces at joints, and discard tips. Continue as directed.

For a fun party idea, make several types of drummettes to mimic an appetizer menu at a sports bar.

Cooking the drummettes a bit longer ensures a nice crisp skin.
