I did not make the sauce to go with this recipe, but used the ingredients for the basting of the chicken. I liked that the soy sauce mixture made the chicken brown up nicely and the outside was crispy. The taste was good, for an asian inspired meal. Not my favorite flavor for baked chicken, but an easy go-to recipe for ingredients I know I have on hand.
