Directions

  • 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, snip off stem ends of sugar snap peas and remove strings if desired. Drain pasta; cover to keep warm.
  • 2 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 3 teaspoons of the oil over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef in oil about 2 to 3 minutes, until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

  • 4 Serve in bowls; sprinkle with onions and peanuts.

EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Beef is easier to cut into thin strips if partially frozen first for 30 to 60 minutes.

Teriyaki baste and glaze has a thick, syrup-like consistency and shouldn’t be confused with teriyaki marinade or sauce.

Made this for New Years Eve dinner. I added red bell pepper for additional color and 1/4 cup water. To add some kick and spice....a packet of Hot and spicy Scechwan seasoning mix along with a little additional red pepper flakes. NO LEFT OVERS! I guess that says it all :)

Tried this for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it. I used real asian noodles vs. angel hair pasta. My son loves asian noodles. The glaze is really nice and tasty and not too salty. I had to bypass the peanuts because my little one has a nut allergy but it was still great. I think next time I might ad waterchestnuts! Definately a keeper for my list of easy weeknight meals.
