Um HOW is this dip any good?? I made this for my parents when I came to visit, I'm glad they were my guinea pigs first because I was going to make this for an event. First off, why add water?? Really? Why? I knew I should have followed my gut instinct when I was adding it, I couldn't understand why anyone would water down their dip. But I followed the directions and it was a watery mess, I should have substituted cream or put no liquid at all, I added some chopped shrimp for extra flavor and hoping to make it thicker but it still was really soupy. I am going to make this recipe my way next time, omitting the water, added WAY MORE sun dried tomatoes and letting all the flavors meld together overnight. Really disappointing IMO.

I took this to a gathering this weekend and it did not last long! So easy to make and everyone loved it! It was very tasty!!I wished that I had of doubled it! I took it w/bagel chips. I think it would have been good on a piece of cardboard! (haha)

I made this dip for a Christmas Party. Not only is it red and green, but it is Delicious! Next time I make it I might add a touch of Tobasco sauce for an added kick.

This recipe is wonderful. My 8 year old son just loves it and he is a very picky eater. I make it all the time and take it down to family get togethers and holidays.

wow this is fantastic. I would add, for myself, a little salt or "dash" but otherwise it is the best.

A co-worker brought this recipe in today for our Social Worker Luncheon. Everyone loved this recipe. I thought it was absolutely delicious and asked her for the recipe. She told me it was from Betty Crocker and that''s how I ended up on this web site.

I made this for Christmas Eve. I used a microwave safe bowl and followed the recipe. I then transferred it to an extra small kitchen crockpot. I left it in the crockpot with the lid on for at least a half an hour to let the flavors blend. This was very good. I will definatley make this again soon.
