Artichoke DIp

This is the best Artichoke Dip i've ever eaten. It's become a tradition to bring this dip to Thanksgiving and Christmas get togethers.

Ingredients

2: 8 oz package cream cheese

1: cup mayonnaise

1: cup sour cream

2: cups shredded parmesan cheese

1: tablespoon minced garlic

5: green onions

1/2: red onion (chopped)

1/2: red bell pepper (small dice)

3: cups chopped artichoke hearts

1 1/2: teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)

1 1/2: teaspoon kosher salt (I usually omit this)

1 1/2: teaspoon white pepper

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
3 Put in a baking dish and bake approximately 30 minutes or until brown on top.

This makes a large quantity and can be halved for smaller get togethers. I usually omit the salt since there is more than enough in the cheese. I like to serve this with Breton Crackers.

I made this dip for a dinner party. This was the best artichoke dip I've ever had. All my guests loved it and requested the recipe. I had to print out the recipe before they left! I highly recommend this dip!!!!
