This is the best Artichoke Dip i've ever eaten. It's become a tradition to bring this dip to Thanksgiving and Christmas get togethers.

8 oz package cream cheese

cup mayonnaise

cup sour cream

cups shredded parmesan cheese

tablespoon minced garlic

green onions

red onion (chopped)

red bell pepper (small dice)

cups chopped artichoke hearts

teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste)

teaspoon kosher salt (I usually omit this)

teaspoon white pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
  3. Put in a baking dish and bake approximately 30 minutes or until brown on top.

This makes a large quantity and can be halved for smaller get togethers. I usually omit the salt since there is more than enough in the cheese. I like to serve this with Breton Crackers.
