The sweetness of fruit preserves, the tanginess of balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard--together they make a perfect glaze for juicy grilled thighs.

LOVE LOVE this recipe! instead of a bbq glaze i have always baked thighs in "sauce". favorite meal of the week easily. tonight will be probably the 4th or 5th time we have used this recipe and we both get excited to eat it. easy to put together as well.

My kids love this. Instead of thighs I use chicken breast. It is so easy to do. I also thought about using orange marmalade. I did use sugar free as my son is a diabetic. It didn't change the taste at all.
