For a pretty sparkler, mix up a pitcher of this simple blend, a perfect balance of sweet and sour fruit flavors, with plenty of refreshing bubbles.
can (46 oz) apricot nectar, chilled
cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate (half 12-oz can)
cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
In 2 1/2- to 3-quart nonmetal pitcher or punch bowl, mix apricot nectar and lemonade concentrate. If desired, refrigerate until serving time.
Just before serving, gently stir in carbonated beverage. Serve over ice.
To make cherry ice cubes, place 1 maraschino cherry in each section of an ice cube tray. Fill each section halfway with water. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Then, fill tray completely with water and freeze at least 1 hour or until serving.
