I thought this was VERY good. I didn't cut the apples though but shredded them just so it would go more throughout the cake. Also, since I didn't have apple juice I used applesauce for 1/2 of the amount in the frosting and the other 1/2 I used the milk. I would definitely make this again.

My husband and I loved this cake. I did not add raisins as we are not fans, but it is so good. Took to work and everyone raved about it. Very moist and easy to make. I just used a hand mixer.
