This was very good! will make again, possible as a coffee cake. It is much healthier than many coffee cake recipes. It is a bit heavy, but filling, so small pieces. I used homemade applesauce so no sugar added there.

This cake is light and moist, and it is a perfect way to end a holiday meal. We are making the cake the day before Thanksgiving and then will warm it by broiling the topping before we serve it.
