Made the coleslaw yesterday. I grated my cabbage and left out the onions. Made half a recipe. It was a big hit. So refreshing. Will make again. Thanks

We absolutely loved this recipe! It's a great alternative to the regular, run of the mill coleslaws that are out there. Personally, I'm not a fan of those, and I was really impressed with this one.

This light coleslaw is a tasty alternative to mayonnaise-based coleslaw. It's the perfect combination of apples and cabbage. We eat it with veggie burgers and baked squash and zucchini. Very yummy!

We loved this slaw in my house. It adds a nice sweet and tangy crunch to summer dishes. We served it as a side dish to "healthified" oven baked fried chicken. It was wonderful!
