Big hit at my house - thanks for sharing! I also baked it longer than the recommended time, so just check every 5 moniutes of so after 35 minutes. Probably dependes on oven and baking pan.

Definitely a keeper. The cake was delicious and consumed within an hour when I brought it to work for breakfast. Crumb topping is definitely better if not allowed to sit overnight as it becomes soggy but still delish. One note is that the cake actually took about 45 - 50 minutes to cook not the 30-35 recommended. Started checking it at 30 and not even close. Then started checking every 5 minutes till done.
