My family enjoyed this very much. I thing next time I will use a little less cheese. I'll try 3 ounces instead of 4. It was even good the next day although the coating had disolved into the dressing. A keeper!

I made this for lunch on a very busy Saturday when time was of the essence. It is delicious!! Easy, fast and very tasty. Will be making this for Thanksgiving this year.

So good! I took it to a dinner party and it got rave reviews--even from the little ones. I will make this one again! The only thing I might change is decrease the oil and juice slightly.

I made this for a family get-together and everyone LOVED it! I used Honey Crisp apples when I made it and it was delicious. It was requested back for Thanksgiving this year now too!!
