These are delicious and easy--however mine were soft and cake-like, not crunchy. But really yummy just the same. I used cranberry juice for the glaze instead of apple. It came out pink but added a nice little contrast to the cookie. Thanks for the recipe!

This may be my new favorite cookie! My standard has always been chocolate chip, but this cookie is fantastic. It tastes like the yummiest bowl of oatmeal! Highly recommend!

This is the BEST oatmeal cookie recipe EVER! It can be variated in so many ways :) Like Cinnamon chip/raisin - cinnamon chip/raisin/walnut - apple/caramel chip/nuts....they're all so good! I think I even did it w/ peaches instead of apples....

These were fantastic and I didn't even make the frosting for them. Everyone was eating them as fast as I could bake them. Moist and delicious!

These cookies had an incredibly good flavor. A little more time-consuming than normal, but worth it. After getting the batter all mixed, I could see that it wasn't thick enough (probably due to the juicy apple) I thought about adding more flour, but added box of vanilla pudding instead to try and thicken it. I also refrigerated the dough and they turned out great.

Followed the directions to a tee(no refrigeration). They turned out perfect. I used the apple juice for the glaze and that really topped it off nicely. They were a big hit with my husband and grandchildren.

Easy to make and very good! I had apples sitting around from the orchard we had went to...so I took one, grated with a cheese grater and it came out perfect. I did not change anything in the recipe, only that I did not include the glaze b/c there was already lots of sugar in the cookie.

The cookie dough was easy to work with, however, when baked they were so soft and moist they practically fell apart. Perhaps the apple provided too much liquid.
