large tart apple, thinly sliced (1 1/2 cups)

cup raisins or other chopped dried fruit

carton (8 oz) fat-free egg product (1 cup)

cup fat-free cottage cheese

container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla

cup honey or sugar

teaspoon cornstarch

teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon noodles in pan. Top with apple and raisins.
  • 2 In blender or food processor, place all remaining ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until blended. Pour over noodles in pan.
  • 3 Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until light brown and center is set.
