If you like nutmeg, I mean REALLY like nutmeg, these are for you. It might be too much for someone who isn't that keen of the spice. I added a splash of vanilla and a bit of cinnamon. Instead of fresh apples, I finally got to use up a bag of dried apples I had leftover from Christmas baking. I will make them again, because I REALLY like nutmeg.

Made a batch of these today. Perfect fall cookies. Used Granny Smith apple and added about 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Really delicious fun treat for fall. Thanks

The cookies turn out very yummy, but the batter ran a little thin...the second batch I added a little more flour and they turned out perfect!!!
