Apple Fritters
We like Granny Smith apples in these fritters because they are tart and crisp. Apple juice doesn’t have enough flavor—you really do need the cider.

My daughter and I were looking for something different yet easy to make for school. We found this recipe and decided to try it. They are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. We had to make 3 batches because my husband said there was no way she could take them all to school, he needed some of them too.
