Apple crisp and pancakes rolled into one. Diced apples add chunky goodness to the Bisquick® batter and then before flipping, the pancakes get topped with a brown sugar-oatmeal streusel.

I made these pancakes for the first time yesterday! My entire family loved them. What i did differently though is i did not dice the apples i left them in slices with one side baked into a cake. then afterwards we put on real maple syrup. powdered sugar. diced apples that had a coat of cinnamon and sugar. along with whip cream. plus to bring it all together a scop of ice cream on top!

These were great! I used the whole apple and didn't peal it so mine had extra apple. I did have quite a bit (approximately 1/2 cup) of extra streusel topping left over. I guess I'll have to make some more. ;-)

These were pretty good. Very sweet like a dessert pancake. Loved the apple and pancake combo.
