It's fall & I am craving anything apple. I made this with apple pie filling since I didn't have fresh apples but it still turned out super delicious. The cake mix makes a wonderful crispy topping. I can't stop eating it.

Sorry to say I didn't like this. The topping was very dry and the flavor was not what I expect from Apple Crisp. The other recipes I have tried with the Betty Crocker mixes are superb, but I won't do this one again.

It's so hard to find sweets I can bake with my gluten-free girlfriend and apple crisp is one of my favorites. Excited to try this :)

I used the regular-gluten recipe, but substituted the wheat flour for almond flour 1:1. I like it better than the original recipe!

I wasn't sure if I should make this as the only dessert, especially making it for he first time, but my family loved it! They said it was better than the regular apple crisp. This is now our favorite winter dessert recipe! Thank you Betty!!!!

Made this for Thanksgiving dessert as I wanted something close to apple pie but GF. I got one serving as everyone else loved it and ate it up. It's so simple to make, that it has become a regular at our table. Delicious. To change the flavor, try making it with different types of apples.
