cup butter or margarine
large onion, chopped (3/4 cup)
medium celery stalk, chopped (1/2 cup)
cups soft whole-grain bread cubes
cup dried cranberries
teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
medium apples, chopped (2 cups)
cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton) or water
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and celery in butter about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender; remove from heat. Thoroughly mix onion mixture and remaining ingredients except broth in large bowl. Add broth; toss.
