Apple and Brie Bruschetta

For simple and tasty hors d'ouevres for your next party, just bake slices of French bread spread with brie and apple jelly and top with apple slices.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Brie cheese, rind removed
  • 16 thin slices baguette French bread (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons apple jelly
  • 16 thin slices Granny Smith apple

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil.
  • 2
    Spread 1 teaspoon cheese on each slice of bread. Top each with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon jelly. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 10 minutes.
  • 4
    Transfer hot appetizers to serving plate. Top each with apple slice. Serve immediately.
