Ingredients

1/3: cup Brie cheese, rind removed

16: thin slices baguette French bread (about 1/2 inch thick)

2: to 3 tablespoons apple jelly

16: thin slices Granny Smith apple

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil.
2 Spread 1 teaspoon cheese on each slice of bread. Top each with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon jelly. Place on cookie sheet.
3 Bake 10 minutes.
4 Transfer hot appetizers to serving plate. Top each with apple slice. Serve immediately.
