slices thick-sliced bacon

apples, chopped

to 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice

head iceberg lettuce, cut into 8 wedges

cup blue cheese dressing
1/4
cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place bacon on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Cool 5 minutes. Chop bacon or crumble into small pieces.
  3. In medium bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
  4. On serving platter or individual plates, arrange lettuce wedges. Top with dressing, bacon, apples and cheese.
