This fruit salad is delicious at Thanksgiving and Christmas. An old family recipe.

one juice of one lemon or 1/4 cup lemon concentrate

tsp salt

cup whipping cream (unwhipped)

can white cherries ( can substitue red if necessary)

can pineapple tidbits
1/2
pound miniture marshmellows

pint whipping cream (whipped)
  1. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and let cool. First five ingredients, eggs,sugar,lemon juice, salt & cream.
  2. Add to cooled sauce and stir, cherries, pineapple and marshmellows. Then carefully fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate over night. Gently fold again before serving.
