cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt, slightly softened

cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/12
cooled slice angel food cake, torn into pieces (from 12-inch cake)
Fat-free whipped topping, thawed, if desired
Fresh berries, if desired
Reduced-calorie chocolate-flavor syrup, if desired
  1. In blender, place yogurt and milk. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add cake pieces; cover and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides if necessary.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses; top with whipped topping and berries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
