Angel Food Cake Shakes

Want to have your cake and drink it too, and without the guilt? This shake is for you---fat-free frozen yogurt and milk and a slice of angel food cake create a sensationally rich and tasty treat.

Ingredients

cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt, slightly softened
1/4
cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/12
cooled slice angel food cake, torn into pieces (from 12-inch cake)
Fat-free whipped topping, thawed, if desired
Fresh berries, if desired
Reduced-calorie chocolate-flavor syrup, if desired

  • 1 In blender, place yogurt and milk. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add cake pieces; cover and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides if necessary.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses; top with whipped topping and berries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
