I served these for dessert rather than as an appetizer and everyone LOVED them. I wanted only bite size desserts since Christmas Eve dinner was so rich and these were a hit along side of my mini-chocolate covered cream puffs. VERY easy to make as well - a hit! One difference - rather than cranberries we used craisins. :)
