My kids love these. It is their favorite breakfast request. They call it cream cheese pie, so yummy, it is a dessert and a breakfast food.

I used to bake these as a present for police officers and they went into ecstacy. This is one of the best treats I've ever made - because it's easy, rich and delicious, and it looks as if I had the chef whip it up. Dessert doesn't get any better than this!
