I like this; I just finished making this for lunch/dinner to last for the next couple of days. It's nice and quick to make. I've made chili many times before, so I figured that this recipe would be good too. I don't have any cumin (I need to buy some) and am not a fan of diced tomatoes, but I had everything else. I also made some steamed rice to go along with it. I'll add cheddar cheese and a diced red or orange pepper on top tomorrow.
