I tried it cold and warm, I preferred the warmed-up version. I also added cheddar cheese. Great for lunch!

This is a great recipe. so easy. I changed it just a little, I added salt, pepper, garlic and ground cumin. I also heated it in the microwave after mixing everything together.

great recipe. so quick and simple. I used chorizo instead of chicken and it was really good. Also added extra salsa to the mixture. A few chopped jalapenos would be good too.

Sooooo quick and easy! I changed it up a little: only used 1/2 of the can of corn and beans, added shredded lettuce, added hot taco sauce (we don''t like a lot of the tomatoes in the salsa) and heated up the beans and corn w/ the chicken.
