Made this for Thanksgiving. Easy and delicious! Everyone loved it but several did remark they would like less sweet and a little more jalepena (family prefers cornbread less sweet). I also cut the recipe in half before adding the sausage and made a Vegetarian version. For that one again I would not add the extra sugar and add a little more jalepena and a little more cheese. But definitely will make it again.
